Devon Flower Set Honey, Set of 2

Quince Honey Farm Devon Flower Set Honey is delicate in flavour, with a granular, set texture. Made during the summer months when the bees gather pollen from the hedgerows and white clover fields of North Devon, this golden honey is fantastic spread over sourdough toast, buttered crumpets, or add a pinch of salt, and use as an alternative to salted caramel in baking.

Quince Honey Farm has been producing honey since 1949. The family run business began life by George Wallace, a paratrooper turned beekeeper. After honing his skills in Yorkshire, he moved to North Devon and started the business with just two hives. Now, over 70 years, and thousands of hives later, Quince Honey Farm is run by George’s son Paddy, his wife Jean and son Ian.
