Made with green jalapeño juice, apple juice and nettles, this green sauce gives a vibrant acidity that cuts through richer meat-based dishes and dressings. Serve this sauce with juicy prawns, drizzle over lamb flatbreads or pair with feta and couscous salads. 

After working as a chef for over 20 years, David Underwood founded Orriss & Son, a brand of hand-crafted, fermented chilli sauces, each one made in Cambridge, in small batches. Each sauce has been developed with one main purpose - to bring out the best in any dish.
