Roast Stone Fruit

Fragrant cardamom and whole nuts give crunch to honey-baked plums. Serve with yogurt at breakfast, or with a scoop of mascarpone as a simple dessert. 

Recipe adapted from Rock My Bowl

Ingredients

Plums, 4, halved and stones removed
Quince Honey Farm Devon flower clear honey, 2 tsp
Rock My Bowl cardamom and apricot seeded granola, to serve
Greek yogurt, to serve

Method

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Drizzle the honey over the halved plums and bake for 20 minutes.
2. Serve with yoghurt and sprinkle over cardamom granola.
