An old fashioned calls for just a few ingredients - the final result should be strong, complex and a little sweet. We’ve swapped out sugar for honey whisky to give the cocktail more complex honeyed notes.
Angostura bitters, 3 dashes
Beeble honey whisky, 50ml
Soda water, to top up (optional)
Orange peel, to garnish
1. Add the bitters to a rock glass followed by the water and stir.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes, add the honey whisky and stir to combine.
3. Top up with soda if you want a long drink.
4. Run the orange peel around the rim of the glass before adding to the drink.
