Matcha Green Smoothie Bowl

Start your day with a fruit-packed smoothie bowl. Matcha tea gives a fantastic colour and slightly earthy flavour. Garnishing with granola adds a welcome crunch. 


Water or milk, 240ml
Good Mood Matcha powder, 2 tsp
Baby spinach, 2 large handfuls
Mango, 1, fresh or frozen, cut into chunks
Bananas, 2, fresh or frozen, broken into pieces
Kiwi, 1, chopped
Blueberries, a handful
Mint leaves, to garnish
Husk and Honey granola, to garnish


1. Add the water or milk to a blender along with the matcha powder and spinach. Blitz together.
2. Add the mango and banana, then blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a bowl and top with the chopped kiwi, blueberries, mint leaves and granola.
