Good Mood Popsicles

The name says it all, you’ll be in a good mood once you’ve tried these popsicles. Bursting with juicy fresh mango, creamy coconut milk and earthy matcha green tea, these lollies will keep you cool all summer.


300 ml (1 can) coconut milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
Two sachets Good Mood matcha, 3 g each
50 g fresh mango, cut into small pieces
100 g Only Coco Pure White Chocolate Bar (optional)
50 g toasted coconut chips (optional)


1. Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan and add the maple syrup. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
2. Add Good Mood matcha powder and cook the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly, until matcha is completely dissolved.
3. Add the mango and mix gently.
4. Spoon the mixture into 6 lolly moulds and add the lolly sticks.
5. Place the lolly moulds into the freezer overnight or for a minimum of 5 hours. Remove the lollies from the mould and enjoy.
