A few fantastic ingredients come together in this bresaola sandwich. Tender slices of bresaola, Spanish olive oil and peppery rocket pesto, all sandwiched between ciabatta.
Ciabatta loaf, 1, sliced in half
Purely Pesto rocket pesto, a few teaspoons
Capreolus Air Dried Beef, a few slices
Rocket leaves, a handful
Parmesan, 15g, grated
Gay Farmer olive oil, a drizzle
Lemon, a squeeze
1. Slice ciabatta loaf in half and spread with the rocket pesto.
2. Fill with bresaola, rocket leaves, grated Parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil and squeeze of lemon.
