A few fantastic ingredients come together in this bresaola salad. Tender slices of bresaola, Spanish olive oil, peppery rocket and nutty Parmesan - serve with ciabatta, or enjoy as is.
Capreolus Air Dried Beef, a few slices
Rocket leaves, a handful
Parmesan, 15g, grated
Gay Farmer olive oil, a drizzle
Lemon, a squeeze
1. Sprinkle the rocket with the grated Parmesan and serve with bresola.
2. Drizzle over a little olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and pinch of freshly ground black pepper, then serve.
