Beeble Sour

We’ve given the classic New York cocktail and honey twist by using Beeble whisky. This cocktail is simple to make and easy to sip – a garnish of maraschino cherries gives a pop of colour and burst of sweetness.


Beeble whisky, 50ml 
Lemon juice, 70ml (about 1 and a half juicy lemons) 
Bitters, 4 dashes 
Egg white, 1 
Orange, sliced, to garnish 
Maraschino cherry, to garnish 


1. Add Beeble whisky, lemon juice, bitters, egg white and ice to a cocktail shaker, and shake to your heart’s content, letting the egg white foam. 
2. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of orange and maraschino cherry (or five if you’re like Elise!)
